The Oblique residence is defined by a slanted-shaped lot,
which creates an interesting program and
concept for this modern home. Located in Washington,
the lot narrows as it enters the water.
The house responds to the unique shape
by breaking from an orthogonal form into two distinct planes.
The result creates unique views of the water,
while providing privacy for the interior.
